The 2013 Currie Cup Premier Division has 6 teams playing in it. They play each other on a home and away basis in pool play. At the completion of these games, the top 4 teams play in Semi-Finals, with the winners going on to the Final. Following the Final match, the bottom placed team from the Premier Division plays off against the winner of the First Division to decide which team plays in each Division the following year.
